• Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained on Qode
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations

You agree not to use Qode to:

• Create QR codes that link to illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed for partial billing periods.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Qode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
